Job Opportunity: Full-Time Bartender

Hours: 30–40 hours/week (Evenings & Weekends Required)​

Marble Mountain Resort is looking for a friendly, energetic, and experienced individual to join our Food & Beverage team as a Full-Time Bartender. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love providing top-notch customer service, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely manner
  • Engage with guests in a positive and professional manner
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service
  • Handle cash, operate POS systems, and process transactions accurately
  • Restock supplies and assist with inventory as needed
  • Support the setup and closing duties for events and daily service
  • Follow all health, safety, and liquor service regulations

Qualifications:

  • Must be 19 years of age or older (due to alcohol service regulations)
  • Previous bartending experience required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, and stand for long periods
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
