Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Perform and oversee the complete recruitment cycle for blue-collar & white-collar full-time jobs in Canada and in the US (job postings, screening, interviews, offer communication & onboarding).
  • Communicate regularly with hiring managers & provide them with consistent updates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Prepare and post job descriptions in both French & English on various recruitment channels.
  • Attract top talent for each available role through various recruitment strategies.
  • Review applicants and conduct phone screens with selected applicants.
  • Schedule interviews between hiring managers and selected candidates
  • Provide exceptional candidate experience by replying to candidate questions and providing them with interview updates promptly.
  • Perform reference & background checks on successful candidates.
  • Source candidates for more complex positions & constantly build up the talent pipeline for upcoming roles.
  • Participate in career fairs and company events
  • Research and recommend recruitment events aligned with the company's needs.
  • Stay current on and research the best job boards based on the current recruitment needs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with various recruitment agencies and work with them to fill more difficult positions.
  • Use social media to create & post job openings (for example, "We're hiring" images to post on social media, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Collect all onboarding documents
  • Strive to refine the company's recruitment continuously

Qualifications:

  • Certificate or Bachelor's in Human Resources or other related field.
  • Fluent bilingual; French and English (written and verbal)
  • Maximum of 2 years of recruitment experience
  • Experience working in high-paced and high-volume recruitment is essential
  • Recruitment agency experience is an asset.
  • Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Able to work both individually and as a team for the company's goals
  • Passionate about recruitment, self-motivated, creative.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize are a must.
  • Ability to adapt to learning new software.

Fonctions et responsabilités :

  • Réaliser et superviser le cycle complet de recrutement pour les emplois à temps plein manuels et administratifs au Canada et aux États-Unis (offres d'emploi, présélection, entretiens, communication des offres et intégration).
  • Communiquer régulièrement avec les responsables du recrutement et leur fournir des informations régulières tout au long du processus de recrutement.
  • Préparer et publier des descriptions de poste en français et en anglais sur divers canaux de recrutement.
  • Attirer les meilleurs talents pour chaque poste disponible grâce à diverses stratégies de recrutement.
  • Examiner les candidatures et mener des entretiens téléphoniques avec les candidats sélectionnés.
  • Planifier les entretiens entre les responsables du recrutement et les candidats sélectionnés.
  • Offrir une expérience exceptionnelle aux candidats en répondant à leurs questions et en les tenant informés rapidement de l'évolution des entretiens.
  • Vérifier les références et les antécédents des candidats retenus.
  • Rechercher des candidats pour des postes plus complexes et constituer en permanence un vivier de talents pour les postes à pourvoir.
  • Participer à des salons de l'emploi et à des événements d'entreprise.
  • Rechercher et recommander des événements de recrutement adaptés aux besoins de l'entreprise.
  • Se tenir au courant et rechercher les meilleurs sites d'emploi en fonction des besoins actuels en matière de recrutement.
  • Entretenir de solides relations avec diverses agences de recrutement et travailler avec elles pour pourvoir les postes les plus difficiles à pourvoir.
  • Utiliser les réseaux sociaux pour créer et publier des offres d'emploi (par exemple, des images « nous recrutons » à publier sur les réseaux sociaux, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Rassembler tous les documents d'intégration
  • S'efforcer d'améliorer continuellement le processus de recrutement de l'entreprise

Qualifications :

  • Certificat ou licence en ressources humaines ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Bilinguisme courant ; français et anglais (écrit et oral)
  • Maximum de 2 ans d'expérience dans le domaine du recrutement
  • Une expérience dans le domaine du recrutement à un rythme soutenu et à haut volume est essentielle
  • Une expérience dans une agence de recrutement est un atout.
  • Maîtrise d'Excel, Word, PowerPoint et Outlook.
  • Capacité à travailler aussi bien individuellement qu'en équipe pour atteindre les objectifs de l'entreprise.
  • Passionné par le recrutement, motivé, créatif.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral.
  • Excellentes compétences organisationnelles, souci du détail et capacité à établir des priorités sont indispensables.
  • Capacité à s'adapter à l'apprentissage de nouveaux logiciels.
