We're looking for an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to join our Payroll Team.

Your role here

You will assist in the bi-weekly payroll process. This position works closely with others in the HR Team to ensure that team member data is correct for accurate payrolls.

Your experience and background
  • Consistently and accurately process payroll for 1000+ team members

  • Audit timesheets to ensure wages and benefits are properly distributed

  • Research, analyze, and resolve all discrepancies, reporting to management as needed

  • Ensure accurate taxation and garnishments are applied correctly

  • Assist with various audits and conduct year-end reporting

  • Respond to payroll-related inquiries and resolve concerns

  • Ensure that support for team member changes has been submitted by the HR Partner and that team member data accurate reflects all changes
