Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic digital marketing initiatives and activities to drive brand awareness and increase customer engagement.
  • Establish, maintain, and strengthen the organization's brand identity across all digital media platforms.
  • Drive brand growth and customer engagement through effective Social Media best practices, SEM and email marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Monitor and optimize advertising budgets to ensure cost-effective campaign performance.
  • Prepare regular reports on key digital marketing metrics and present findings to the management team.
  • Other duties as assigned including tasks such as packing and organization during our high-volume quarterly promotional deliveries.

Requirements:

  • Creative mindset with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in all major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office, WordPress, Google Analytics, the major social media platform planning and execution.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills across various channels and media types.
  • Expertise in email marketing strategies, including segmentation, automation, and conversion optimization.

Demonstrated experience with:

  • Google Ads
  • Google Analytics
  • Search Engine Marketing
  • Meta Ads – Facebook and Instagram
  • LinkedIn Ads

Asset to have:

  • HubSpot experience.
  • An asset to be well-versed in either Photoshop or Canva.

Bonuses:

  • Annual Performance Bonus
  • $50,000 bonus for referral of a Master Franchisee
  • $25,000 bonus for referral of an Area Representative Ownership
  • $15,000 bonus for referral of a Full-Ownership Franchise Partner
  • $5,000 bonus for referral of a Director of Franchise Sales (must be full-time, exclusive & live in the area)
  • $1,000 bonus for each successful location you find.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
