What will you work on?

We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative Retail Planning & Execution Specialist to support the development and execution of in-store displays and trade marketing initiatives. This role will be instrumental in managing the end-to-end process of Pallet displays at mass retailers including creation, working closely with external vendors—including China-based factories—and internal cross-functional teams to bring impactful retail solutions to life.

How will you create impact?

Display Development & Execution

• Own and drive Pallet display opportunities from concept through execution.
• Recommend display configurations including structure, product mix, and item selection.
• Collaborate with external vendors (including China-based factories) to develop corrugate displays that meet brand and retail requirements.
• Manage vendor communications and feedback loops to refine renderings and prototypes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Experiential Design Team, Supply Chain, Product Development, and Operations to align on display and trade marketing needs.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure timely and accurate execution of Pallet displays.

Trade Marketing & Sales Enablement

• Manage the trade marketing and display request process.
• Create POD sell sheets and other sales tools to support field teams.?
• Maintain and update presentation decks to reflect current POD status and vendor feedback.
• Create Purchase Orders for domestic vendors
• Manage Purchase Information Records for all domestic PODs/Pallet displays
• Maintain weekly call with Domestic Procurement lead to review project status
• Maintain monthly call with accounts payable team to track all indirect POs
• Maintain weekly status calls for existing projects

What are your skills and experience?

• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel) and project tracking tools
• Ability to interpret and provide feedback on display renderings and prototypes
• Preferred: Experience in retail planning, trade marketing, or display development
• Preferred:  Experience working with international vendors, especially in China, is a plus
• Preferred: Familiarity with corrugate display design and manufacturing processes
• Preferred: Experience in consumer goods or retail environments.
