Draftsperson

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Draftsperson with Millwork experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed shop drawings based on architectural/ designer plans, ensuring accuracy, constructability, and compliance with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed Millwork shop drawings using Google Sketch up and Mozaik
• Able to read and interpret architectural and design drawings to ensure feasibility and accuracy.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and production teams to resolve design issues.
• Update and revise drawings as required throughout the project.
• Maintain drawing standards and ensure consistency across projects.
• Provide technical support and clear communication to the shop and installation teams.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Millwork drafting or a related field.
• Proficient in Google Sketch up and Mozaik.
• Strong understanding of architectural Millwork, cabinetry construction, and hardware details.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
