About Nala Care

Nala Care is a fast-growing natural body care brand based of Vancouver, BC. We are looking for a versatile team member who can support with
order fulfillment (D2C + B2B), packaging operations, and customer support

. This is a hands-on role in a small, fast-paced environment—perfect for someone who enjoys variety, getting hands-on experience within a scaling wellness & CPG brand, and learning by doing. 

Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, and ship customer and wholesale orders
  • Manage inventory and organize shipping supplies
  • Provide timely, solution-oriented customer support via email and social channels
  • Assist with light production tasks (manufacturing processing, labeling, quality checks)
  • Help maintain clean, organized workspaces
  • Support general operations as needed

Qualifications

  • Curious, open to learning, comfortable taking initiative
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
  • Strong written and verbal communication for internal & customer communication
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced small business
  • Able to lift boxes and perform basic physical tasks
  • Experience with e-commerce and shipping tools (e.g., Shopify, Stallion) is an asset
  • Chemistry or lab background is a plus, but not required
