The Opportunity

We are a fast-growing eCommerce business specializing in premium bike frame protection. Our mission is to help riders protect what they love, with innovative, high-quality solutions designed for everyday cyclists through to seasoned pros. We're looking for an eCommerce Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month contract, with the potential to extend.

As the Marketing Coordinator you will support the development and execution of marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and most importantly sales. Coordinating our marketing team is a hands-on role working across digital, social, and content channels, perfect for someone who loves biking, marketing, and eCommerce.

About us

RideWrap is a rider-owned and operated business. Since the beginning, our objective has been simple: help riders get the most out of their time riding bikes. RideWrap's proprietary systems are born from combining a background in precision engineering with a love for riding bikes. We produce industry-leading frame protection components for all bikes and riders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, coordinating, and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, paid ads, social media, influencer, partnerships).
  • Manage content calendars, ensuring engaging posts, timely delivery, and monitoring performance.
  • Photography & Video Oversight: Guide art direction for photo and video shoots, including product, lifestyle, and event content.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of design trends and innovations within both the biking industry and the broader creative space.
  • Support content creation including blogs, product descriptions, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate with our designers, photographers, communications specialist and external agencies to deliver creative assets.
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions) and provide insights to improve results.
  • Assist with influencer/ambassador programs, including outreach, coordination, and performance tracking.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.
  • Conduct competitor and market research to support campaign planning.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years experience in marketing, ideally within eCommerce, consumer goods, or sports/outdoor industries.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, people, and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and knowledge of paid advertising platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with a good eye for design and branding.
  • Comfortable using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms, in particular Wordpress and WooCommerce, is an asset.
  • Passion for cycling, outdoor activities, or sporting culture, is an asset.

Pay: $49,920.00-$62,400.00 per year
