District Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly talented District Sales Manager for Indiana and Ohio. Under the supervision of the Director, Farm Sales Grain, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with current clients. You will participate in the development and implementation of strategies aimed at achieving performance objectives, in addition to being responsible for business development within your territory.
Your ability and understanding of GSI products, your knowledge and experience in the agricultural sector will enable you to master the development of new technologies and propose value to customer.
Your Impact
- Ensure an in-depth knowledge of all GSI products
- Train clients on the features and benefits of the products
- Collaborate with other regional directors
- Manage and coordinate needs to achieve business and financial objectives
- Develop and implement performance tracking tools
- Ensure a high standard of quality in the services offered to clients
Your Experience and Qualifications
- Technical education in agriculture, agronomy, sales or another related field; or a combined experience related to the position
- Three (3) years of experience in sales
- One (1) year of experience in sales relating to grain storage
- Knowledge of agricultural sector
- Knowledge of agricultural technologies
- Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and autonomous
Your Compensation and Benefits
Expected annual salary for this role will be $60,000 – $90,000, plus sales commissions. This is dependent upon job related knowledge, experience, and skills.
