Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Truck and Trailer Mechanic located in Toronto, ON. The Truck and Trailer Mechanic will be responsible for performing maintenance, diagnosing issues, and repairing truck and trailer systems. The role includes daily tasks such as inspecting vehicles, conducting routine maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and performing necessary repairs to ensure vehicles are in safe and efficient working condition.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical systems in trucks and trailers
- Experience in performing routine maintenance and inspections on truck and trailer equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in automotive or heavy-duty mechanic fields
- Ability to work on-site in Toronto, ON
- Experience in the facilities services industry is a plus
