Clinical Systems Support

The Support Analyst - Clinical is responsible for the efficient design, coding, testing, maintenance and troubleshooting of the less complex aspects of the RadNet application to satisfy clinical user and systems requirements.

What we offer:

Rate of Pay: $36.04 per hour to $45.05 per hour

Status: Temporary Full-Time

Duration: Until September 2026

Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week

Qualifications
  • Two-year college certificate or diploma in Radiology Technician or Clinical Focus Designation
  • Three-year college diploma preferred
  • Experience with established applicable clinical processes, nomenclature and hospital environment
  • Demonstrated ability to assimilate a large quantity of diverse information and apply analytical skills to identify, understand and problem solve in a technology-based environment
  • Knowledge of and ability to use, troubleshoot and test a variety of software applications as relevant to the role
  • Excellent commitment to customer service
  • Proficient communication skills
  • Experience with Cerner Millennium or other clinical applications as applicable to the role
  • Demonstrated knowledge of and commitment to the principles of patient and family centered care
  • Demonstrated knowledge of and commitment to patient and staff safety
  • Demonstrated practice and commitment to LHSC's vision, purpose and values
  • Demonstrated ability to attend work on a regular basis
