Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist Commission base to lead our marketing initiatives and drive sales growth. This role is essential in developing strategies that enhance our brand presence and increase market share. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, and analytics, with a proven track record in managing successful marketing campaigns.

Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote products and services.
  • Manage e-commerce platforms, optimizing user experience and conversion rates.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Utilize SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
  • Create and manage Facebook Advertising campaigns to drive traffic and engagement.
  • Oversee product management processes, ensuring alignment with market demands.
  • Collaborate with design teams using Adobe Creative Suite to produce compelling marketing materials.
  • Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics to inform decision-making.
  • Manage Google AdWords campaigns to maximize ROI on advertising spend.
  • Develop email marketing strategies that effectively engage customers and prospects.
  • Maintain the company website using WordPress, ensuring content is up-to-date and optimized for search engines.
  • Utilize HTML for email templates and landing pages as needed.
  • Prepare budgets for marketing initiatives, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Monitor analytics to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in a digital environment.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Experience with Facebook Advertising and Google AdWords campaigns.
  • Familiarity with product management principles and practices.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite for creating marketing materials.
  • Solid understanding of budgeting processes related to marketing initiatives.
  • Excellent research skills to stay ahead of industry trends and consumer behavior.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
