Looking to Hire a Beauty Ambassador Freelancer for L'Oréal Luxe in Sephora Doors in GTA Area and surrounding areas. Working with us, you will be at the heart of our ambition to win over consumers and offer the best in beauty to any customer you meet

You will have the opportunity to learn more about L'Oréal Luxe, as well as developing new skills through unique sales and customer service training and development programs for L'Oréal Luxe brands IT Cosmetics and Urban Decay.

You may have opportunity to work with other L'Oreal Brands as well.

As a Freelancer for L'Oreal Luxe in Sephora, you will give excellent client experience and share your love for the brands and beauty to make clients feel their most beautiful and confidence, but also adventurous

This role is all about personality and passion for teaching, showing, and educating. And recommending the right product for the client you are sharing your love of beauty with

We are looking for someone who can make L'Oréal Luxe clients feel at their best, show them our beautiful products and prove how knowledgeable you are in this ever growing industry

Responsibilities:

  • To build L'Oréal Luxe sales by understanding and meeting customers' needs with products and services
  • To perform makeup applications & provide makeup lessons, explain skincare innovation, inspire with cosmetics, passion, and engage clients to feel their best before and after
  • Ensure you direct each client to appropriate product while providing excellent service pertaining to the Sephora retailer

Qualifications:

  • Must have a vehicle and valid drivers license – as travel is required for this role
  • Has a flair for aesthetics, and constantly perfects brand image
  • Driven to provide customers with complete satisfaction
  • Inspirational and role model
  • Follows the beauty industry and understands the retail competition
  • Understands beauty trends and incorporates them into activations
  • Has a creative demeanor
  • Able to communicate effectively and with poise
  • Energetic and self-driven attitude and ability to excite customers

Job Type:

Part-time

Part-time hours: 4- 20 hours per week

Salary: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

  • GTA, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
