Clinical Site Engineering Manager

Our client, located in Vancouver, WA is looking for an onsite Clinical Site Engineer Manager.

Our client is seeking a Clinical Engineering Site Manager to be the liaison with an end client and the technical onsite team. The ideal candidate will be familiar with supporting medical device management within a Healthcare setting and understand medical device technology. Required Skills:

Must have experience managing union workers

Any experience with clinical engineering is a huge plus but not required

Any experience working in healthcare or in a hospital is a huge plus but not required

Must have a strong ability and willingness to learn new things

Must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with end clients

Must be a strong leader and able to motivate and drive success of a team to be successful and up to the end client's satisfaction

Ability to coordinate efforts across multiple teams

Strong written, verbal, and presentational communication skills

Ability to understand and analyze complex business problems to derive technology-based solutions.

Ability to work independently and make decisions within the scope of responsibility

Ability to create and deliver presentations and communication to peers, management and external partners

Excellent customer service

Desired Skills:

Strong knowledge of medical device technology

Bachelor's degree in related field

Experience with device and asset inventory

Experience with healthcare compliance
