Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and professional Server/Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and efficiently managing food and beverage orders. Experience with POS systems such as Aloha and Micros, along with a strong background in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings, is highly preferred. This role offers an opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills in a fast-paced environment while delivering memorable experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems like Aloha and Micros
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction
  • Mix and serve drinks responsibly as a bartender, adhering to all food safety and alcohol regulations
  • Manage cash handling, cashiering, and billing processes efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas according to food safety standards
  • Assist in catering, banquet events, or special functions as needed
  • Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially in nightclub settings
  • Handle basic math calculations for bills, tips, and change accurately

Experience

  • Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable
  • Fine dining, nightclub, or banquet experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
  • Experience in serving alcohol responsibly and understanding related laws and regulations
  • Ability to work night shifts, including evenings and weekends as required
  • Excellent time management skills coupled with sales experience to enhance guest interactions
