Trillium Ford Lincoln Ltd. in Shelburne is looking for an experienced, motivated and customer-focused Vehicle Sales Associate to join our dynamic sales team.

About the Role:

As a Sales Associate, you'll help customers find their ideal vehicle while providing exceptional service every step of the way. You'll work with one of Ontario's most trusted Ford and Lincoln dealerships, representing a full lineup of new and pre-owned vehicles.

What You'll Do:

  • Engage customers in person, online, and by phone to understand their needs and recommend appropriate vehicles
  • Provide detailed product knowledge and vehicle demonstrations
  • Guide customers through the financing and delivery process
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
  • Achieve sales targets while upholding our high customer service standards
  • Log activity in our CRM

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous automotive sales experience (minimum 1 year preferred)
  • Valid OMVIC certification (required)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • A positive, professional attitude and a passion for customer satisfaction
  • Valid Ontario G driver's licence and clean driving record
