JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is looking for a Transportation Reconciliation Specialist to join our retail client's Transportation / Dispatch team in Cambridge, Ontario, on a 6-month contract with the potential for extension. This is a fully onsite role, which runs Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The successful candidates will be responsible for reviewing and reconciling daily driver logs, matching records to dispatch schedules and delivery confirmations, and identifying discrepancies in reported data. Ideal candidates will have excellent computer skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, while following established procedures.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

-Excellent computer skills and the ability to type accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

-Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently, while effectively following established guidelines and instructions

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

-A background in Transportation, Supply Chain, Dispatch would be an asset

-Experience in a Data Entry / Analyst role or a Coordinator / Administrative role reconciling records would also be a 'plus'
