Our Enablement Functions work collaboratively with our Research & Design team to build user-centered financial products that simplify complex finances and delight our clients. Reporting to the VP & Head of Capital Markets, you will be supporting our Vice-Presidents of Regulatory Compliance and Brokerage & Trading. In this role, you'll provide high-quality administrative and operational support that allows our VPs to focus their time and energy on strategic priorities. You'll work with leaders who collaborate closely, minimizing context switching while maximizing your impact across Wealthsimple. In this role you'll have the opportunity to: Manage calendars for 3-4 VPs, including scheduling meetings, prioritizing commitments, and ensuring time for strategic work. Process expenses and manage financial approvals efficiently. Coordinate business travel arrangements, including booking transportation, accommodation, and preparing necessary documentation. Support logistics for team events, offsites, and all-hands meetings as needed and in collaboration with with other EAs across the organization and within Regulatory and Brokerage & Trading. Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information and communications. Identify opportunities to create processes that increase VP effectiveness and team cohesion. Solve problems proactively, anticipating needs before they arise. Skills you'll bring: Experience providing administrative support to multiple leaders simultaneously. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proactive problem-solving approach and ability to make decisions independently. Proficiency with Google Workspace, calendaring systems, and expense management tools. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information. Experience prioritizing competing demands in a thoughtful, strategic manner. Commitment to creating inclusive environments aligned with Wealthsimple's values. Nice to have: Previous experience supporting leaders in technology, product, or design. Knowledge of the fintech industry or interest in financial services. Experience working in a rapidly evolving organization. Background in coordinating cross-functional projects or initiatives. Familiarity with tools like Slack, Notion, and Figma. Why Wealthsimple?
