Position Purpose/Summary:

We are seeking a creative and marketing-savvy Front-End Web Developer with a passion for design-driven web experiences that communicate clearly and convert effectively. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, design, and web development, ideal for someone who thrives on crafting intuitive, beautiful interfaces that tell a brand story and drive engagement.

You'll work closely with our marketing, design, and content teams to bring campaigns, landing pages, microsites, and brand experiences to life through clean, responsive, and visually compelling front-end code.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design and build engaging marketing websites, landing pages, and campaign assets with a strong emphasis on visual storytelling and intuitive navigation.
• Translate creative briefs, wireframes, and mockups into responsive, front-end code that looks great across all devices.
• Collaborate with designers and marketers to ensure that web experiences align with brand identity and campaign goals.
• Create custom animations, transitions, and micro-interactions to enhance the user experience.
• Optimize web pages for speed, SEO, accessibility, and conversion.
• Maintain and update content on marketing sites, product pages, and blog platforms.
• Manage creative assets and contribute to the development of style guides and design systems.
  

Required Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience in front-end web development with a strong focus on marketing, branding, or creative industries.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript with a strong eye for design and layout.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, and/or After Effects.
• Experience working with design collaboration tools.
• A strong portfolio showcasing marketing websites, landing pages, or campaign-based web work.
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.
• Basic understanding of SEO, accessibility, and performance best practices.
• Comfortable working in CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or similar.
• Familiarity with basic marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tag Manager, HubSpot, Mailchimp).
• Ability to edit video or create motion graphics for web and social use.
