Oxford Learning Burlington North is seeking EXCEPTIONAL teachers/tutors for our students. An ideal candidate for this position will possess a passion for education and teaching, attention to detail, availability at least 2 evenings/week, and experience with children/teens.

This is a FANTASTIC job for anyone who is passionate about helping students learn. Applicants will be fully trained on our proprietary philosophy and methods.

*THIS IS AN IN-PERSON POSITION AND YOU WILL BE REPORTING TO OUR BURLINGTON NORTH CENTRE*

A stellar candidate for this position will possess the following skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or third/fourth-year university students with tutoring or TA experience in a relevant field
  • Teaching certification an asset
  • Fluent English language (written and oral communication skills)
  • French an asset

Teaching Requirements:

  • Must be available 2-3 evenings/week for 3-4 hours/shift. Our classes run from 3pm-8pm Mon-Thurs and 9am-12pm on Sat. Shifts begin at 3pm, 4pm or 5pm on weekdays.
  • Must be willing to commit until the end of the school year June 2026
  • Must be available for in-person teaching
