We're looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Consultant with deep expertise in Accounting and Finance modules to join our growing Microsoft practice. You'll work closely with our clients' finance teams to design, implement, and optimize Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) or Business Central solutions that drive real business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O or Business Central) Accounting and Finance modules.
- Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to analyze requirements, document business processes, and translate them into Dynamics solutions.
- Provide functional and technical guidance across key areas such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting.
- Support data migration, integration, and testing activities for financial modules.
- Conduct training and user adoption sessions to ensure smooth rollout and operational readiness.
- Troubleshoot issues, recommend best practices, and continuously improve system performance.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or Business Central (preferably with a focus on Accounting/Finance).
- Strong understanding of financial processes including GL, AP, AR, FA, and Budgeting.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and client finance teams.
- Familiarity with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field; CPA or accounting background is a plus.
