Our national partner is currently seeking a Trimble Viewpoint Support Administrator.

Job Description:

Trimble Viewpoint Support Administrator - Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support for Trimble Viewpoint ERP, including troubleshooting and managing user access.
  • Maintain system configuration, user roles, permissions, and workflows.
  • Collaborate with operations, accounting, and project teams to optimize system usage.
  • Develop and maintain user documentation, training materials, and FAQs.
  • Act as the first point of contact for Viewpoint-related questions and issues.
  • Work with Trimble support and third-party vendors to resolve escalated technical issues.
  • Support system upgrades, patches, and integration with other business applications.
  • Generate and manage standard and ad-hoc reporting requests.
  • Ensure compliance with data security and internal IT standards.

Trimble Viewpoint Support Administrator - Mandatory Skills:

  • Previous experience with Trimble Viewpoint ERP (Vista or Spectrum) in a support or administrator role.
  • Strong understanding of construction industry workflows (finance, payroll, project management, job costing).
  • Solid technical background in ERP systems, databases, and reporting tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Trimble Viewpoint Support Administrator – Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Prior experience working in a Canadian construction or contracting company.
  • Knowledge of SQL and/or Crystal Reports.
  • Exposure to system integrations with payroll, HR, or project management tools.

Trimble Viewpoint Support Administrator – Assignment Length:

This is a 6 month contract with potential extension.
