About the Role:

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Office Coordinator. This role supports the daily operations of our dealership through administrative work, customer service, and financial office duties. It's a hands-on position that helps keep the front office, sales, and service departments running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

· Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone

· Process invoices, payments, and financing paperwork

· Support sales and service teams with administrative tasks

· Handle filing, data entry, and daily cash balancing

· Maintain accurate customer and inventory records

· Coordinate with the service department to ensure products are ready when promised

· Assist management with reporting and scheduling as needed

· Be comfortable in a sales environment presenting complete Kubota value to customers in the finance office with the ability to earn additional income

Qualifications:

· Previous administrative or office experience (dealership or automotive/agriculture experience an asset)

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Friendly, professional communication with customers and staff

· Comfortable with computers and basic accounting software (CDK, QuickBooks, or similar)

· Ability to multitask and adapt in a busy environment
