Accounting administrator Position Overview: This role reports directly to the Accounting Manager. We are seeking an Accounting Administrator to join our team on a 5 month term basis. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to contribute to a variety of accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

● Process and record cash receipts in the accounting system

● Reconcile, review and report on credit card transactions and employee expense claims

● Accounts Payable entry

● Accounts Receivable entry

● Support additional accounting tasks and projects as needed

Education and Experience:

● 2-3 years of experience in accounting administration role

Skills and Abilities:

● High attention to detail and accuracy

● Excellent communication and organizational skills

● Positive attitude

● Preferred experience with Excel and willingness to learn accounting system. Experience with Discovery ERP is an asset

Location: This is a remote position, reporting to our Edmonton office.Our head office is located in Estevan, Saskatchewan.
