Attention Students Optometric assistant/receptionist needed for a busy, modern optometry practice. This is a part time position for the school year and could continue into the summer. It is an excellent introduction to working in a professional office and will look great on your resume in the years to come. Wages are competitive and the work environment is relaxed. Responsibilities

- Assist optometrist with patient care, including pre-testing and preliminary examinations.

- Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments and handling patient inquiries.

- Utilize optical experience to assist patients in selecting frames and lenses.

- Maintain electronic medical records accurately and ensure patient confidentiality.

- Collaborate with the team to provide exceptional customer service and support.

- Stay updated on medical terminology and industry trends to enhance job performance.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
