Floor maintenance of 4 stores in Victoria (Oak bay, Gorge, and Esquimalt area)

Tasks:

-Floor sweeping, floor mopping, floor polishing, bathrooms cleaning.

Locations:

  • 2 stores in Oak bay area, one in Gorge/Tillicum area and one in Esquimalt area.

Schedule:

After hours cleaning: The work must be done after hours of operation.

  • 1st store (Gorge/Tillicum): Twice/week maintenance: Monday and Thursday nights. Closes at 9pm. 2h of work per maintenance.
  • 2nd store (Oak bay): Twice/week maintenance: Monday and Thursday nights. Closes at 8pm. 2h of work per maintenance.
  • 3rd store (Oak bay): Once/week maintenance: Thursday nights. Closes at 8pm. 2h of work per maintenance.
  • 4th store (Esquimalt): Once/week maintenance: Monday nights. Closes at 7pm. 2h of work per maintenance.

2 nights of work: Mondays and Thursdays. 3 stores in a row each night. 6h paid each night. 12h/week.

We have our own access to the stores.

  • Must already live in Victoria or in the surrounding areas

Other:

  • Experience in floor cleaning is an excellent asset but not necessary. We will train the right person. However, we will favor candidates used to do manual work.

  • You will need to carry with you a commercial 20 pounds propane tank (provided) needed to run a floor polisher, as it's the only thing we cannot leave on site. The rest of the equipment stays on site. The tank needs to be stored securely outside at your home. And when it needs to be refill, you can either switch it with another full tank at our location (in View Royal) or fill it yourself and we'll pay you back the bill.

Interview:

We will held every interview by videoconference using zoom, facetime, whatsapp or another similar program.
