Pharmacy Assistant Duties -

Process customer transactions (receive and release prescriptions)

Receive in-person and telephone refill requests and record deliveries

Compounding

Filing prescriptions, ordering and replenishing supplies, cleaning

Schedule professional clinical services (i.e. medication reviews, health risk assessments, disease state management, etc.)

BTC management

Adhere to and implement all applicable company standards

Assist with other pharmacy operations as required

  • Delivery Driver Duties -

Delivering medications in a fully equipped car and provide exceptionally patient first service

Work with Pharmacy team to resolve customer service recovery situations involving returns, refunds, etc.

Achieving operational standards

Operate the delivery vehicle safely adhering to the rules of the road

Maintaining delivery vehicle to a high standard of cleanliness and road worthiness

Job Requirements

You have experience in a customer service-related role

Possession of a valid class 5 BC driver's license and a clean driver's abstract

Strong work ethic and "let's get it done" attitude

The ability to lift to 40 pounds

The ability to use a smartphone and operate Google Maps

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
