We are seeking a dependable, organized and hands-on Site Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential complex.

This is a full-time, 40 hour per week position for someone who takes pride in maintaining a safe, clean and well managed environment for all residents.

What you will do:

  • Oversee the general upkeep and cleanliness of the property
  • Co-ordinate and Supervise Contractors, Repairs & Maintenance
  • Perform routine inspections of buildings, common areas and grounds
  • Maintain accurate records, reports & inventory
  • Support the Strata Team with Communication and Site Operation
  • Ensure Safety, Security & Property Standards are consistently met
  • Some Janitorial Duties will be required

  • Strong Organizational and Multi-Tasking Skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in Site Management or a similar role an asset
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative and manage deadlines
  • Professional & reliable
