Job Description

At The Container Guy Ltd., we're known for pushing the boundaries of what's possible with shipping containers. From custom modifications to innovative product development, we lead projects that turn steel boxes into practical solutions for customers across industries. We're looking for a Fusion 360 Professional to help us take ideas from concept to reality through design, analysis, and hands-on collaboration with our manufacturing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed 3D models and assemblies in Autodesk Fusion 360
  • Conduct FEA analysis to validate design strength and performance
  • Lead and support new product development projects from concept through production
  • Create and test prototypes to refine functionality and manufacturability
  • Work closely with manufacturing to ensure designs are efficient and production-ready

Qualifications

  • Education in Mechanical Engineering, CAD/CAM, or Mechanical Engineering Technology
  • Strong background in 3D modelling, FEA analysis, and product development
  • Experience with prototyping and commercialization of new products
  • Must be comfortable using shop tools and working in a hands-on environment
  • Solid understanding of sheet metal manufacturing processes (preferred)
