We are looking for a self-starter, Events Marketing Manager at IREN to lead the strategy and execution of high-impact events that elevate our brand, engage key audiences, and generate commercial momentum. This role will blend operational excellence with creative vision to deliver experiences that reflect IREN's leadership in AI infrastructure and sustainable innovation. You'll be responsible for end-to-end planning and execution - from executive roundtables and industry conferences to large-scale brand activations - ensuring every event drives measurable outcomes and reinforces our market position.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
  • 7–10 years of B2B marketing or events experience, ideally within data centers, AI/cloud infrastructure, or enterprise tech
  • Proven track record in delivering high-impact events across multiple formats and geographies
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines
  • Experience managing budgets, vendors, and external agency partners
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
  • Comfortable collaborating with senior executives and external partners
  • Proficiency with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Airtable, and virtual event platforms
  • A data-driven mindset with experience measuring and optimizing event ROI
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and brings strong attention to detail
