We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health, particularly with children and youth, and will be responsible for providing support and navigation to them and their families. This role involves direct practice, case management, data collection, and collaboration with other professionals to ensure the best outcomes.
- Previous experience working with children and youth in a mental health or educational setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with clinical needs and supports is highly desirable.
- Experience in case management, including the coordination of services for children and youth.
- Strong skills in communication, data collection and analysis to inform practice and improve outcomes.
- This is a bilingual position - proficiency in French and English is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
