Who We're Looking For:

Key Responsibilities:

● Perform comprehensive patient assessments including postural analysis, mobility testing, palpation, and functional evaluation.

● Provide hands-on manual osteopathic treatments, such as: – Osteoarticular techniques – Myofascial release – Visceral manipulation – Craniosacral therapy – Muscle energy techniques – Soft tissue mobilization

● Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and osteopathic principles.

● Educate patients on home care, stretching, strengthening, ergonomics, and lifestyle modifications to support long-term improvement.

● Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, RMTs, Naturopaths, etc.).

● Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation, including assessments, treatment notes, and progress reports.

● Promote patient retention, recovery, and overall satisfaction through consistent engagement and high-quality care.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Manual Osteopathic Practice (DOMP) or equivalent from a recognized Canadian institution.
• Registration or eligibility for registration with a provincial regulatory or professional osteopathic body in Ontario. Membership with an osteopathic association (e.g., OOA, ACMAO, OCPCC) is preferred.
• Strong understanding of human anatomy, biomechanics, and evidence-based manual therapy techniques.
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and provide treatment within the full scope of osteopathic practice as permitted in Ontario.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred; new graduates are welcome, with mentorship and support provided.
• Excellent communication, patient education, and documentation skills.

Job Details:

● Job Type: Casual/Part-time

● Schedule: Monday to Friday + Weekend availability

● Hours: 20-30 hours per week

● Compensation: Competitive split model – therapist-favoring
