About the Role

We're seeking a
Leasing Agent
 who is results-driven, highly organized, and motivated to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare property advertisements, take marketing photos, and post listings
  • Respond to inquiries and coordinate showing appointments
  • Conduct property showings and follow-up with potential tenants
  • Vet applicants, conduct reference checks, and prepare lease agreements
  • Collaborate with the Elevate Realty team to ensure a smooth process from showing to lease signing

Requirements

  • Must be a licensed real estate agent in Ontario
  • Must be willing to transfer your license to 
    Elevate Realty Inc.
  • Available to begin within 
    2-3 weeks
  • Access to a reliable vehicle with insurance
  • Willing to work evenings and weekends (when most showings happen)
  • Familiarity with Toronto's residential leasing market
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, reliable, and self-motivated
