The Role

We're looking for a caring and motivated 
Psychotherapist (RP, RP(Q), or RSW)
 to join our growing team.

This is a 
remote or hybrid private-practice role
, ideal for therapists seeking flexibility, autonomy, and a supportive clinical community.

What You'll Do

  • Provide individual, couples, and/or group therapy
  • Complete intake assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate clinical notes and uphold confidentiality standards
  • Participate in supervision and professional development
  • Collaborate with other clinicians and community partners as needed

What You Bring

  • Registration (or qualifying registration) with 
    CRPO
     or 
    OCSWSSW
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Counselling, Psychology, or Social Work
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and ethically
  • Training in trauma-informed, CBT, DBT, or EFT approaches (asset)
  • Commitment to inclusive, culturally sensitive practice
