We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Outbound Call Center Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, and promote our services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for real estate, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote our services.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to establish rapport and the value of our offerings.
  • Share feedback and observations from conversations so we can enhance our outreach.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the process to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in cold calling or inside sales environments.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience or a background in real estate is a plus.
