Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Scarborough, ON for a Junior Project Coordinator. The Junior Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting project managers in coordinating various roofing projects. Day-to-day tasks include liaising with clients, preparing project documentation, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The role also includes managing project timelines, assisting with procurement processes, and maintaining communication with subcontractors and suppliers.

Qualifications

  • Project coordination, scheduling, and timeline management skills
  • Proficiency in preparing project documentation and reports
  • Strong communication and liaison skills with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Auto-cad experience is required
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
  • Experience in the roofing or construction industry is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Construction Management, Project Management, or related field is a plus
