Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and technically proficient
Full Stack Developer
with expertise in
WordPress, PHP, React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
to lead the development and optimization of enterprise-grade web platforms. The ideal candidate will combine strong front-end design sensibilities with backend development experience and SEO optimization skills. This role requires both leadership capability and hands-on technical expertise to deliver high-quality, performant, and visually engaging web solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain responsive and dynamic websites using
    WordPress
    ,
    PHP
    ,
    React
    ,
    HTML5
    ,
    CSS3

    JavaScript (ES6+)
    .
  • Customize and extend WordPress themes and plugins for optimal performance and scalability.
  • Implement and integrate APIs for third-party systems, analytics, and content delivery.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and maintenance.
  • Optimize website architecture for
    SEO
    ,
    web analytics
    ,
    performance
    , and
    accessibility compliance (WCAG)
    .
  • Implement and manage
    CI/CD pipelines
    , unit testing, and integration testing.
  • Lead and mentor junior developers and L2 support teams, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
  • Manage application and service
    SLAs
    , including proactive monitoring and incident resolution.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across geographies in an
    Agile/Scrum
    environment.
  • Support
    Hyper-Care
    , performance tuning, and post-deployment stabilization efforts.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and maintain alignment with organizational brand and design standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in

    .
  • Proven experience leading and managing distributed development teams.
  • Strong understanding of
    SDLC

    Agile/Sprint
    methodologies, and

    processes.
  • Excellent knowledge of
    web analytics tools
    (e.g., Google Analytics, Tag Manager) and
    SEO optimization techniques
    .
  • Experience with version control systems such as

  • Strong client-facing communication skills and ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
  • Familiarity with
    branding and visual design principles

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
