We're seeking a creative and dynamic Office Support Associate, Graphics, and Marketing to join our on-site team at the Edmonton Head Office. This diverse role will support members of the Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams with a range of tasks including graphic design, marketing initiatives, and reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance updates to retail signage and marketing materials.
  • Create, review, and produce retail signage.
  • Design and update corporate graphics materials as needed.
  • Create and produce visually appealing retail signage on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Support the Marketing Team with web layout design, graphics creation, contest coordination, and other related tasks.
  • Focus brand assets towards a consistent theme across usage in all visual materials, including both digital and print content.
  • Prepare print-ready files for offsite printers, including proper layout formatting, resolution, dimensions, and proofing.
  • Continuous monitoring of existing graphics assets and ensure accuracy and freshness.
  • Provide front desk reception and administrative support to the office, including answering phone calls and greeting visitors.
  • Greet and assist visitors such as walk-in clients and vendors to ensure a positive and professional experience.
  • Coordinate the ordering and distribution of office supplies.
  • Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Help organize and coordinate office events or meetings.
  • Use our retail system and reporting tools to input and retrieve information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills:

  • Familiarity with print production, including file design requirements and preparation.
  • Strong creativity and visual design layout skills, with a the ability to translate the input of multiple stakeholders into a single unified design vision.
  • Experience with desktop publishing software, particularly the CorelDRAW Graphics Suite.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with various Microsoft Office desktop and web applications.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information.
  • Strong attention to detail for accuracy in record keeping and data entry.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
