Experience

  • Minimum two (2) years previous clinical experience in a home care setting 

Education

  • Bachelor of Social Work (BSW)

Licenses

  • Valid Class 5 driver's license

Other Education and Training

  • Bachelor of Occupational Therapy is acceptable
  • Undergraduate degree in Health or Social Sciences acceptable to the employer
  • Bachelor of Physical Therapy is acceptable
  • Bachelor of Nursing is acceptable
