Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support our digital transformation and process automation initiatives. The role focuses on analyzing business requirements, optimizing workflows, and improving operational efficiency using tools such as ServiceNow, Excel, and Visio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes and translate them into functional specifications.

  • Create documentation including process flows, system diagrams, and user manuals.

  • Develop and manage workflows in ServiceNow to streamline service delivery.

  • Perform advanced data analysis in Excel using pivot tables, macros, and formulas.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and facilitate workshops.

  • Manage project activities in JIRA and visualize workflows in Visio or LucidChart.

  • Support end-user training and quality assurance during implementations.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work onsite in Brampton at least three times per week.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: $50.00 per hour
