Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivational Sales Leader to become a key part of our online bootcamp as an instructor. This role involves delivering high-impact training sessions, providing mentorship, and sharing insights that will prepare students for leadership roles in sales. You will play a pivotal role in helping professionals elevate their sales strategies and leadership abilities, ensuring they are equipped to lead successful sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Engaging Lessons: Teach comprehensive online modules on sales leadership, including topics such as strategic planning, team management, sales performance optimization, and leadership best practices.
- Mentorship and Coaching: Provide one-on-one mentorship to students, helping them develop their leadership styles and overcome challenges in sales management.
- Curriculum Enhancement: Collaborate with the curriculum development team to ensure content remains up-to-date with the latest industry trends and leadership methodologies.
- Interactive Learning: Facilitate group discussions, workshops, and role-playing exercises that encourage active participation and practical application of sales leadership concepts.
- Student Evaluation: Assess and provide feedback on student assignments and projects, helping them refine their skills and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in a senior sales leadership role, with a proven track record of leading successful sales teams and driving revenue growth.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in Sales Leadership or Management are preferred.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills with the ability to inspire and guide aspiring sales leaders.
- Teaching Experience: Prior experience in teaching, training, or corporate coaching is highly desirable. A passion for education and developing future leaders is essential.
- Sales Expertise: Deep understanding of sales processes, team dynamics, performance metrics, and leadership strategies.
