Prospecting Expectations

  • Outbound Only: 100% outbound prospecting. No inbound leads.
  • Heavy Ramp (First 3–6 Months): High call volume + targeted in-person prospecting required.
  • Lead Support: We provide leads near year city/area —you must still create your own opportunities.

Compensation & Career Path

  • Immediate Earnings: $400 per qualified meeting (paid weekly).
  • After Licensing – Two Options:
  • $3,500 base + 15% commission after $14K monthly deals + 15% annual recurring.
  • No base, 50% first-year commission + 20% annual recurring.
  • OTE Projections:
  • Year 1: $100,000
  • Year 2: $140,000 (renewals stacking)
  • Year 3: $180,000
  • Year 4: $220,000 (earn more in renewals than 1st year commission by year 4)
  • Retirement: Company-paid retirement plan after 1 year. 10% contribution - no match required
