Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Salesperson to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a drive to meet sales goals. Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, and pricing to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Build rapport with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations to customers.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail or sales specifically in Ligjting industry is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, demonstrating clarity and professionalism.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A proactive attitude towards achieving sales goals and providing exceptional customer service.
