Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Supervisor at Hotel Cantlie, located in Montreal, QC. The Front Desk Supervisor will oversee the front desk operations, ensuring efficient and courteous service to guests. Daily tasks include managing receptionist duties, handling phone inquiries, assisting with reservations, and addressing guest concerns to ensure customer satisfaction. The supervisor will also be responsible for training and supervising front desk staff to maintain high standards of customer service.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills and the ability to manage and train front desk staff
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties to handle inquiries and reservations efficiently
- Excellent Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure a pleasant guest experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a hospitality setting is an asset
- Proficiency in English and French is preferred
