Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, developing, and implementing personalized treatment plans to improve patients' mobility, strength, and overall well-being. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic clinical environment, providing essential rehabilitative care across diverse patient populations, including pediatrics and acute care settings.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to facilitate recovery.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
  • Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, health maintenance, and home exercise programs.
  • Document patient interactions accurately in medical records while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Stay current with advancements in physiotherapy techniques and medical terminology through ongoing professional development.

Experience

  • Prior Rehab experience is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in patient care across diverse clinical environments is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy practice is essential.
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
