About the Role:

We're looking for a Personal Assistant who's energetic, organized, and ready to take initiative. This role involves supporting management, coordinating production and orders, and helping keep projects running smoothly from start to finish. If you love a hands-on role that mixes creativity, communication, and organization, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist management with daily schedules, communication, and coordination.
  • Follow up on work orders, client projects, and production timelines.
  • Communicate with suppliers, customers, and team members.
  • Work with AutoCAD to update and prepare design drawings.
  • Keep the office running smoothly and ensure everything stays on track.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Great attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a busy environment.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Reliable and able to work on-site in Aurora, Ontario (Monday–Friday).
