About the Role

We're looking for a Personal Lines Insurance Broker who's passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships. In this role, you'll support existing clients with their personal insurance needs while identifying new business opportunities to help grow and strengthen our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Listen, advise, and deliver an outstanding client experience by offering and explaining products tailored to clients' needs
  • Respond to inquiries related to personal insurance requests and coverage changes
  • Validate coverage details and update client files as needed
  • Offer and sell complementary insurance lines (bundled products) to existing or orphaned clients
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities to grow the business and strengthen client loyalty
  • Negotiate policy terms and conditions with various insurers
  • Maintain strong product knowledge across all personal lines to provide accurate and trusted advice
  • Follow established agency procedures, underwriting guidelines, and compliance standards
  • Uphold company policies to ensure operational excellence and service quality
  • Contribute to achieving team objectives and refer eligible clients to business partners
  • Perform other related duties as required

Profile sought:

  • Experience in personal lines insurance, customer service, or sales (an asset)
  • Personal-Lines damage insurance license (RIBO)
  • Ability to conduct multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Good communication skills
  • Good computer knowledge
  • Autonomy
