Qualifications
- Post Secondary Diploma in Office Administration or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with Aspen and Sparkrock is considered an asset
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong ability to maintain confidentiality
- Demonstrated ability to work independently
Responsibilities
- Provide support to school secretary with essential job requirements
- Perform other related duties as assigned by school administration
Salary as per the current COPE collective agreement
