Job Responsibilities 工作职责:
- Fully manage daily homestay operations, improve guest experience, and ensure service quality.
全面负责民宿的日常经营管理,提升入住体验,确保服务质量。
- Handle on-site guest matters (offline issues).
处理入住客人的现场相关事宜(线下问题)。
- Assist in handling and coordinating unexpected situations.
协助处理和协调各类突发状况。
Working Hours 工作时间:
Work 5 days per week, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with flexible scheduling.
