We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our team and drive our HR initiatives forward with energy and precision. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a key partner in managing human capital strategies, fostering a positive employee experience, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. Your expertise will help shape our organizational culture, support talent development, and streamline HR operations to promote a thriving, engaged workforce. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence all facets of human resources, from recruitment to employee relations, while contributing to our strategic growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition efforts by sourcing candidates through various channels, managing applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as KRONOS and conducting engaging interviews to attract top talent.
• Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure seamless integration and a positive first impression.
• Administer employee evaluation processes, performance management systems, and succession planning initiatives to foster continuous development and organizational growth.
• Manage benefits administration, including health, retirement, and wellness programs, ensuring accurate data entry and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Maintain comprehensive employee records and HRIS data, while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, managing conflict resolution, and promoting a respectful, inclusive environment.
• Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws, OSHA standards, and affirmative action plans, while staying current on legal updates affecting HR policies.
• Coordinate training and development programs, including leadership development, skills enhancement, and compliance training, to empower employees and foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Assist with project management initiatives related to organization design, change management, and HR process improvements to optimize workforce management.
• Administer workers' compensation claims, leave management, and other HR-related benefits, ensuring adherence to legal and company policies.
• Support HR sourcing efforts through social media management, HR marketing campaigns, and community outreach to attract diverse talent pools.
• Prepare reports and data collection analyses to inform strategic planning and HR decision-making.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Human Resources Generalist or similar HR role, with a strong understanding of human capital management, employment law, and HR best practices.
• Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, employee onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Strong project management skills, capable of leading change initiatives and process improvements within HR functions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.
• Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; relevant certifications such as SHRM are a plus.
